Welcome to Ffembi ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible via https://ffembi.vercel.app. Ffembi is a graph-based mapping experiment designed to give Uganda's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem a memory by mapping relationships, entities, and resource flows.

By accessing, browsing, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these combined Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

• Purpose: Ffembi is provided strictly for informational, networking, and ecosystem-mapping purposes.
• Permitted use: You may view public profiles, explore ecosystem graph data, and use standard features as intended.
• Prohibited conduct: No automated scrapers, bots, or data-mining tools to systematically harvest data, no attempts to compromise platform infrastructure, and no submission of false or malicious information.

We respect your privacy and handle data responsibly in alignment with Ugandan standards:

• Information collected: Profile and organization details submitted or claimed (names, organization data, public links), alongside standard technical log data (e.g. IP addresses, browser types) collected via hosting providers like Vercel.
• How we use data: To power the Ffembi graph database, display public network relationships, secure platform performance, and communicate about updates or profile management.
• Self-maintenance & removal: Entities can manage their presence. To update or remove a profile entry attributed to you, contact us at guynatumanya@gmail.com.

All original code, architectural concepts, UI layouts, and data structural arrangements unique to Ffembi on ffembi.vercel.app are the intellectual property of the project creator. Underlying public data points remain factual records, but their presentation belongs to Ffembi.

Ffembi is an experimental platform provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Because ecosystem data changes rapidly, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness. To the maximum extent permitted under Ugandan law, Ffembi shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site.
